1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Sunficare.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website. Sunficare.com is an e-commerce platform owned and operated by FTS Corporation, Dhaka, Bangladesh, specializing in Bio-Care and skincare products.

2. Products and Pricing
All products listed are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable.
FTS Corporation reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice due to import costs and market conditions. The price applicable will be the price at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via website, SMS, or WhatsApp (01977331143).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including: incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. If your payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

4. Payment
We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfer via SSLCOMMERZ. You agree to provide accurate payment information. All online payments are processed through secure encrypted gateways. We do not store your card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is available all over Bangladesh via Pathao, Steadfast, and RedX.
Estimated delivery time: Inside Dhaka 1-2 business days, Outside Dhaka 2-4 business days.
Delivery charges will be added at checkout.
FTS Corporation is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or political unrest.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Cancellation: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by calling 01977331143.
Returns: Due to hygiene reasons, skincare products (like Bio-Care Serum) cannot be returned once opened, unless the product is damaged or defective.
Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours with a photo/video. We will replace the product free of cost.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on Sunficare.com, including logos, product images, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of FTS Corporation and Sunficare.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use our website for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to hack, damage, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
Post false reviews or misleading information
Use automated systems (bots) to place bulk orders

Sunficare.com products are for external use only. Please perform a patch test before use. FTS Corporation is not liable for any allergic reaction or side effects. Consult a dermatologist if needed. Our total liability will not exceed the price of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
